Payment Options

 

As part our mission to provide access to health care to everyone, Arroyo Vista offers a wide range of payment options, including Sliding Fee Scale discounts for most services. In some cases, payment plans are also available (excluding Dental). Many services and special events are provided at no cost, including health education, immunizations for children, annual flu vaccine clinics, health fair screenings, and transportation assistance for those who qualify.

We have dedicated and bilingual financial screeners that will evaluate and guide you through the eligibility process for our free or discounted services and payment plans. Our Patient Enrollment Coordinators assist you with all your managed care needs, including enrollment into Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, AIM and Medicare Advantage, as well as Primary Care Provider and Healthplan selections. An on-site Department of Public Social Services Worker enrolls qualified patients into the Medi-Cal and Food Stamps program.

Patients with or without insurance, Medi-Cal and Medicare are welcome at Arroyo Vista, services are provided to you, our valued patient, regardless of ability to pay! We work with patients to make paying for care simple and comfortable. If you’re concerned about financial arrangements, please speak with a member of our financial screening team.   • Health Screenings during special events. Screenings generally include Height, Weight, Vision, and Blood Pressure and sometimes include Dental.
  • Transportation Assistance such as Bus Tokens
  • Dedicated staff at all locations to coordinate specialty care referral appointments
  • Enrollment assistance for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, AIM, Medicare Advantage, Food Stamps, and more!
