Arroyo Vista is a Public Health Service, Section 330, Federally Qualified Health Center ("FQHC"). Since 1981, we have been serving the health care needs of Greater Northeast Los Angeles and surrounding communities by providing accessible, high quality, and affordable primary health care and preventive services.
Arroyo Vista is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services. Quality management standards are applied in caring for our patients. Arroyo Vista in Highland Park offers the most comprehensive primary health care in this area. In 1997, we opened a second Community Health Center serving the Lincoln Heights community. In 2001, another Community Health Center was opened serving the El Sereno Community. In 2005 we opened a 20,817 sq.ft. Community Health Center in Lincoln Heights to replace the existing 6,000 sq.ft. Lincoln Heights facility. In 2006, we opened another Community Health Center on Loma Drive. Arroyo Vista also has a Mobile Clinic serving the greater Northeast Los Angeles community and surrounding areas.
We offer a flexible payment plan that includes Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, private insurance, Children Health Disability Prevention Program (CHDP), Healthy Families and payment plans that are available to people with limited incomes. We accept most Medi-Cal managed care plans. |
